The AESm Controller is based on a common and scalable hardware with Realtime OS, which can be configured depending on the usage for:

* Front End Handling Control
* Process Control
* Tool Control

This modular system allows easy integration of devices. It's capabilities are connectivity to devices, ability to translate device messages, taking care for processing and giving a user interface for interaction. Due to its scalability, application area range from effective small machine solutions to complex machine control applications.

Sample Application

By supporting SECS II/GEM or HSMS protocol, AESm Equipment controller becomes the ideal interface between FAB host and devices in your tool. Due to the robot interface, control of robot systems is an simple command via the Equipment controller. The Equipment controller will orchestrate all devices including the robot systems, run the different recipes and control the production process.
